Weight Loss Pills – The Quickest Way Out

Each year, increasing numbers of people around the world are becoming overweight; this situation is now affecting children of pre-school age and is a worrying aspect. Eventually a decision to do something about the excess weight must be made and those that are serious about it will finally realize that you cannot use short term methods. Unfortunately others that can't wait to get rid of their extra pounds decide to take the quickest way out through the use of weight loss drugs.

The idea behind the drugs is to quicken each person's metabolism enabling the weight to be lost much quicker. Unfortunately for the manufacturers, it was found that incidence of heart valve disease were connected to the use of the weight loss diet pills and were rapidly removed from the shelves. Of course the manufacturers did not give up that easily and new drugs were created, these drugs are still being prescribed even though the Federal Drug Administration has not yet approved them.

You may in fact know someone who has used these pills at some time and has first hand experience of how effective they can be. This is obviously a very tempting prospect, to lose weight whilst eating the same diet. This approach has seen consumers spend millions of dollars every year and has generated huge profits for the drug companies who manufacture and sell the weight loss drug.

Despite the advances in weight loss diet pills there are still health problems, some of which people are sickness and diarrhea. You must check the packet carefully before you decide to use them because some of the other side effects can be even more harmful, like the possibility of a heart attack or even a stroke, with hallucinations, tremors, breathing problems and convulsions all recorded as side effects for users of these drugs.

Of course, many factors can affect the type and severity of problems like family history, weight, age and lifestyle; this is why it is so important to see the doctor before starting a course of pills; should you decide to stop taking the treatment, other side effects can occur as a result. The effects of withdrawing the pills are irritability, vomiting, depression, fatigue and insomnia to name only a few of the reported conditions.

Many clinical tests will show that the weight loss drugs taken to reduce weight really work but this can only be done in conjunction with a low calorie diet and an exercise plan. A low calorie diet would consist of meals that contain vitamins, minerals and fiber which are all essential for good health; the best sources are fruit and vegetables.

Exercise can be done in whatever form suits the individual best but it should incorporate fat-burning exercises that will burn up any excess calories. The most efficient exercise should be regular and contain a mixture of cardiovascular (walking, swimming etc.) and weight training using machines to build muscle, burn off excess calories and lose the extra pounds.

Hoodia: All Natural Weight Loss

Hoodia: All Natural Weight Loss

Most everyone you have ever met has had a problem with their weight. Either wanting to gain weight or trying desperately to lose weight, it is a constant on most peoples minds. The one that usually gets to most people is trying to lose weight. People try a bunch of different ways to lose weight and fail. They didn't really have to help they needed to keep at it and eventually revert back to their old habits.

Now you can get the help you need with a weight loss wonder. The weight loss wonder is called Hoodia. Hoodia comes from a cactus called Hoodia Gordonii, and is of the "succulent" cactus family. Hoodia Gordonii has grown for thousands of years in the South African Kalahari Desert region. Natives there have used it for an appetite suppressant when they went on long hunting trips and have been doing so for thousands of years. Hoodia Gordonii is being mass produced on Hoodia farms for drug companies trying to keep up with the enormous demand that has followed the world wide discovery of this natural wonder.

Studies have shown that Hoodia helps reduce calorie intake by nearly 1000 calories per day. Hoodia works by reproducing the effect food has on your brain. When you eat, glucose in your body rises, and it tells the hypothalamus that you are in fact full. The hypothalamus is the part in your brain that control hunger and a feeling a fullness. What Hoodia does is trick the hypothalamus in to believing you are full and in turn controls your hunger making you not want to snack on various junk foods when you are bored.

What is great about Hoodia is that it is a 100% natural supplement. There are currently no known side effects to taking Hoodia to lose weight. Hoodia is a safe weight loss drug. Many other diet pills include ingredients that can cause serious health risks. Hoodia doesn't include the very controversial Ephedra, which can increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death to the people who become desperate enough to use it. Hoodia will help you increase energy and bring only positive effects to your body.

Taking Hoodia when on a diet will greatly improve your chances when trying to lose the weight that you want to lose. Using it in accordance with a healthy diet and regular exercise will improve the results you receive by this perfect supplement.

Do You Need A Meal Replacement?

Many weight loss products are meal replacement shakes and bars. Would you benefit from using them?

Meal replacement shakes and bars are just what the name implies: pre-packaged foods to eat in place of traditional meals. Meal replacements are excellent ways to make sure busy people get the nutrients they need.

Because of today's busy society, it can be very difficult to plan each day's meals to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need. If you have a hectic work schedule or a busy family, it is nearly impossible to find the time to cook a nutritional meal.

In addition, you can miss out on vital nutrients simply because you don't care for a certain food. For example, if you simply don't like fish, you could be missing out on important Omega-3 essential fatty acids that promote heart health.

Meal replacement shakes and bars solve those problems by providing all the nutrients you need in one package. Meal replacement bars are about the size of a traditional candy bar and can easily fit in a pocket or purse. You can easily eat one within a few minutes to get the energy boost you need.

Meal replacement shakes are available in powder form. Just add a scoopful to a glass of fat-free milk and mix well for a refreshing, nourishing drink. Canned versions are also available so you can take them on the road.

Taste is a very important factor with meal replacement products. You may have to try several varieties to find one that appeals to you. Some poor quality bars taste like cardboard and some poor-quality shakes taste gritty. Sometimes you can improve the taste of a shake by adding some crushed ice and blending well.

It is also important to compare the nutrients. This may be difficult to do because some products feature exotic products. Take the time to look online for specific benefits for each product before buying.

While meal replacement products are excellent for busy people, remember that they are not meant to be your only nutritional source. Most products recommend you have at least one "sensible" meal each day.

Some meal replacement manufacturers also recommend having a piece of fruit or a vegetable along with the product or as a snack. If you only use meal replacement products, you will send your body into starvation mode, which slows your metabolism and can actually defeat your weight loss efforts.

In addition, your body was designed to eat a variety of foods. We were also intended to enjoy the food we eat. Most people find that diet consisting solely of diet shakes and bars is too boring. Solely relying on meal replacements does not help you to learn healthy eating habits.

In short, if your lifestyle is too busy for you to prepare full-course healthy meals every day, then meal replacement products can help you lose weight and get the proper nutrition. Use them when necessary but be sure to combine them with traditional foods and you will lose weight.

Running Excuses – What Stopped Me From Going Running

Running excuses

I woke up today and thought today I'm going to go for a run. I'm motivated but I didn't go WHAT HAPPENED?

It hasn't been 3 hours since I last ate or I ate too much - This is easily combated, this falls down to your organisation and commitment. Simply make sure you eat at the right time so that your planned run falls 3 hours after you eat. If things such as work gets in the way and you just can't find the time to eat when you want then your not beaten for the day, you can still eat something very light, something the size of a snack bar or apple up to 30 minutes before the run if your feeling really hungry.

A great thing to remember is that running helps increase your appetite and you'll be able to eat even more after you've been for a run. You'll need to eat to replenish glycogen stores in your muscles; this is best achieved within the first 2 hours after running, so make sure you eat after you've been out for a run.

I'll go tomorrow instead, I promise - procrastination this is perhaps the biggest obstacle that you'll face when you're thinking about running, the niggling thought that you can always go tomorrow. Of course you can go tomorrow but that isn't the plan, the plan is to go running today and that's exactly what you should do and then you can rest tomorrow. Being able to rest tomorrow, doesn't that sound like a great idea?

The trick to not procrastinating is to deceive the mind or to put it eloquently to slowly sway the mind into doing what you want it to do. I found one of the best ways to combat this is to simply change into your running clothes as soon as you get back home from work. Just tell yourself that you're just getting changed into them because they are very comfortable.

Your naturally lazy procrastinating brain can handle that. Then comes the next step, Once you've changed tell yourself that since you've already changed you might as well go for a little walk, not a run, just a walk around the block because it's a nice day or you just feel like moving around. This will help you overcome the biggest of problems. GETTING OUT THE DOOR.

Most runners said that once they are out of the door, the mind automatically goes into running mode anyway. Whilst indoors, their in lazy mode but the change is almost instantaneous. Once out the door if your brain is still a little lazy then just go for a walk around the block ideally a big block, after you've been walking for a few minutes, try gently jogging and see how you feel, you should be able to distract the mind away from lazy mode and slowly get into your running rhythm and hey presto you've just achieved your goal of the day, to go out for a run. TRY IT, IT REALLY WORKS.

I'm too stressed out, I can't go running because I've got too many things on my mind - life can sometimes get on top of you and you just don't know what to do. There are so many problems and you just can't think straight, let alone go for a run. WRONG. A survey of women runners showed that many started running because they wanted to lose weight or get fit but the same survey found that the reason why they continued running after reaching their desired weight or level of fitness was because of stress. RUNING HELPS YOU RELIEVE STRESS.

People get stressed when chemicals in the body get stores, these chemicals are produced as a result of situations around you i.e. argument at work, etc. It is related to the fight or flight response when we are encountered with situations i.e. confrontations, should we stand up for our selves and fight or is it better to just walk away. Regardless of what However even after the actual situation has passes people are still feeling stressed, that is because the chemicals that were created during the fight or flight response has not been used up. The process of running helps you to use up these chemicals and also helps your mind to relax and wonder about other things, it's just something that runners naturally do when they are running.

Running also triggers the body to release endorphins in the brain. These chemicals make you feel happy and good about your self. So after a run, you'll not only be less stressed out, but you'll feel good about yourself as well. So stress is not a really not to go running, it should be the very reason why you go running.

So I hope you are finally beginning to understand that the so called excuses aren't good enough to stop you from running. Running will help enhance your life all round and so may running a priority and everything else will fall into place.

Eating Foods You Love While Maintaining Your Diet

A lot of people who are on a diet struggle when it comes down to giving up their favorite foods; this is mostly due to the unnecessary elimination of a lot of favorites which would otherwise be permitted in moderation. Just because you are on a diet it does not mean that you have to completely eliminate all of your favorite snacks from the menu. Moderation and calorie counting are the keys to success in weight loss. You have to have self control and motivation in order to uphold the laws of moderation and calorie counting. Once you have mastered these two factors you can eat pretty much anything (excluding most fat food choices and foods high in trans fats).

The first step in mastering moderation and calorie counting is making a list of your favorite foods. Once you have made this list you have to decide which foods will be ok in moderation and which you should completely give up? When weight loss is the goal, foods that are high in trans fats and majority of fast food choices should be eliminated completely. However, keeping your favorite candy bar on the 'ok to eat in moderation' list is completely acceptable. This is where calorie counting comes into play. Take your favorite candy bar and cut it into weight loss friendly 100 calorie portions. Wrap each piece individually and allow yourself to have one 100 calorie treat each day. This way you don't completely have to give up your favorite chocolate snack and your diet is not in jeopardy.

So if you are on a diet, remember that moderation can help you attain weight loss. Getting rid of all of your favorite foods abruptly can lead to weight loss failure and resentment towards dieting. So be smart and control your portions and calorie intake.

Law Of Attraction And Weight Management

The Secret, it is called. It lay practically dormant since its inception, long before the Knights of Templar and the Code named for a Tuscan Renaissance man, artist and inventor; long before any void of noble blood would know of its existence.

Then, because of a small, made-for-television movie produced for Australia's Channel Nine, the secret was out.

Thank goodness, and a willing media.

Beth and I have been practicing, living, and teaching The Secret - its true name is the law of attraction - for ten years when the rest of the world caught on. And we whole-heartedly believe that if there is one true law that can heal the world and put and keep all of us who inhabit it back on track, it is the law of attraction. It is the one, true earthly (actually, Universal) law that fits all, because the pure tenet of this ancient "New Thought" is that everyone - regardless of race, religion, geography, or political ideology - deserves a happy, secure life where all wants and needs are available for all.

Sounds good - too good, we know... we hear it all the time. Yet if this law - and it is a law, not unlike any other physical law of the Universe - has no bearing in everyday reality and human existence, why has it spanned ages and appeared to work for some of the most revered in our societies? It has clearly ignored borders, religions, and political affiliations over the eons it has been recognized.

Is there something to it?

Yes, there is. Just ask us, and the hundreds of thousands around the world who have connected with all that is good through the Wonderful Law of Attraction. And if you don't believe us, just ask Oprah.

American cultural icon Oprah Winfrey has openly hailed the law of attraction on her highly rated syndicated talk show, as well as in print, on her radio network, and as a guest on the Larry King Show. She is the walking, talking poster child of the Law of Attraction, and she has the successful, happy, giving, and full life that emotes everything that is The Secret. And like all who truly practice the Law of Attraction - present company included - she wants everyone including you to know about it.

A WEIGHTY LOA QUESTION

At our many lectures, meetings, and seminars that we appear at each year, the inevitable question is raised by an audience member. "Can I lose weight with the Law of Attraction?" The answer is a clear and concise Yes!

How do we know this? Because using the Law of Attraction, and the Universal methods of thought to emotion to end result, Beth lost 50 pounds and I lost over 100 pounds. When I began using the LOA for weight loss, I weighed in at 440 pounds. And I continue to lose and manage my weight. My Law of Attraction success in this, my most lifelong troubling struggle, erased any atom of lingering doubt I ever harbored concerning LOA.

First, in case you are a little confused by The Secret, and are perhaps new to the idea of it, we'd better explain how the Law of Attraction works. Everything in the physical world where we exist vibrates. EVERYTHING whether it be dirt, a tree, a human beingthese all emit a vibration. Even a rock vibratesalbeit at a much slower and barely perceptible paceand a human being vibrates at a far more rapid rate.

These vibrational patterns translate to everything that you are feeling, which moves the Universe to, in turn, attract exactly what those feelings are. So if you are thinking (feeling) about how angry you may be at someone, the Universe takes that emotion and emits (returns) directly back to you what you happen to be feeling. You always attract exactly what you are feeling. THIS IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.

So if you are feeling wonderful, and thinking about how great your day is, and you are happy and grateful for that wonderful day, the Universe attracts (returns) to you exactly what you are feeling more days of joy and wonder. What could be better than that? However, as is usually the case, there are a few problems with us humans when it comes to attracting what we desire.

In society today, people usually don't listen to their intuition. We instead rely on other people to tell us 'what is." It's kind of like old fable, 'The Emperor's New Clothes,' when an entire kingdom was convinced that despite naked truth, they all agreed that His Majesty's new clothes were all the rage the living end! How often do we see our fellow citizens jump into line like lemmings to the sea, and how often do we accept the opinions of others as uncontestable fact? We think you would agree that the fashion mavens have accomplished that, much to the chagrin and disappointment of the fully two-thirds of the American public that cannot fit into the clothes they market.

It's time that we listen to ourselves and stop listening to what is really just other people's opinions telling you what to think. This brings us to our first, and most important, question that we will ask of you this lesson: Who are you losing this weight for? Is it for you? Is it for someone else? Are you losing it because you want to feel better, or do you simply want to lose a few pounds for a swimsuit that is calling your name?

The right answer and in this case there is a right answer is: FOR YOU. You must only lose weight for you. If you are not losing the weight for you, then you might as well grab a gallon of Baskin-Robbins and go sit in a corner with a big spoon and a TV remote control. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks you should do. You must commit to losing the weight only for you.

If losing the weight will make you happy, then that is the biggest reason for you to lose
the weight. Sure, losing weight for health reasons is always good and noble, but the main reason we want to help you to lose weight is because it will make you happy. See, that's how the Law of Attraction works. It is all about what you desire; what will cause you to be happy. This, by the way, is not greedy... no matter what the Nay Sayers say. (And they DO love to say, say, say!) This is the Wonderful Law of Attraction, and to be able to create whatever life you want for your self is the Universe's greatest gift to you.

DOWN GO THE POUNDS (OR KILOS!)

We were at a Wellness of the Mind retreat and we talked about the Law of Attraction and losing weight. There were many people there who lived their life through the Law of Attraction and, as always, there were people new to the LOA, and the usual weight loss questions were posed.

weight loss through the Law of Attraction will take some of you a shorter amount of time, and for others it may take a little longer. It all depends on your mindset. LOVE yourself, ENJOY yourself, YOU are a wonderful person who creates your Universe. Isn't that powerful? Your own body regenerates every second. You are a part of that. YOU can regenerate your body to be what you want, you can!

Maybe this is the week that you have a night that you treat yourself for just being you: The you that you are right now, and think about all the things that make YOU happy and joyous.

A doctor once asked Beth if she exercised and she said, "I walk about a half a mile each day.' The doctor replied, "Is that all? You need to exercise AT LEAST a mile each day!' Beth looked at the doctor and said, "Is that all? Are you kidding me? I didn't move at all before. This half-mile is a big deal for me. When I am darn good and ready to go a mile, when I FEEL like I WANT to, then I will. I know that a half-mile is better than none at all, and my body knows it. Don't make me try to feel bad. I'm proud of myself!'

Remember to continue doing what is working for you. Just those little steps help immensely over a year's time, and if that 'normal' mind is feeling deprived, eat one bowl of popcorn instead of two, or eat half a candy bar instead of a whole one and save the rest for a couple of hours later. Your 'normal' mind will be appeased.

Listen to your body before you eat something. Sometimes it isn't hungry, but we feed it anyway. ENJOY every bite! Try not to rip-snort through a whole meal in ten seconds flat. ENJOY every little thing that you put in your mouth and be thankful for that wonderful body of yours. You created it with help, and you can fine-tune it just as easily.

Six-pack Abs Exposed!

Do you think getting a six-pack abs is as easy as click-and-send? Think again but every time you see others flaunting their six-pack abs, note that every human being is capable of acquiring it too. The only question is, are you ready to acquire it?

The truth about abs is quite obvious even to medical students and those with an anatomy subject: all of us are born with abs. But when you want to nourish your natural form, of transforming an abs to a six-pack abs, various challenges await you.

On top of the list, a six-pack abs is a product of a rigorous pattern of diet and exercise to decrease body fats and tone up muscles. A suggested diet for those who are determined to have a six-pack abs consists of 40% protein, 20% good fats, and 40% carbohydrates. Achieving this kind of diet will help you lose body fats.

Complex carbohydrates are virtually found everywhere. You can have them from your pasta, brown rice, spaghetti, potatoes, macaroni, brown bread, wholemeal bread, wholegrain cereals, bagel, high fiber breakfast cereals, shredded wheat, yam, peas and porridge oats. But the best sources of complex carbohydrates come from bran, brown rice, and oatmeal since they are in their most natural state.

Fruits and dairy products will be cut down from your daily diet because they contain carbohydrates that may slow down the fat reduction process. Remember that your twofold goal consists of reducing body fat so start quitting your fruit and dairy products habit.

The best sources of food that will help you eliminate unwanted fats in your belly is protein. Good sources of protein include fish and seafood, white-meat poultry, beans, eggs, soy, pork tenderloin, lean beef and an energy bar too.

Achieving the right kind of diet is but a part of the entire process of getting a six-pack abs. The next thing you need to achieve is the right exercise since not all exercises are directed at getting a six-pack abs. A correct weight training regimen will surely hold the key to your success.

An hour of workout for about four or five sessions every week will be sufficient. You need to have cardiovascular exercises to completely do away with fats as these exercises burn your extra calories. The result would of course be effective if the process is done habitually.

Since not all are endowed with a good metabolism, those with a slower metabolism may need to increase their hours of workout. An extra 45 minutes will be added to the usual one-hour session and instead of doing it for only four or five time weekly, a slower metabolism may compel you to exercise for six or seven times weekly. Cardiovascular exercises include brisk walking, jogging, swimming, running, and bicycling.

Combining diet and exercise will be your guide to achieve the six-pack abs. After all, it not only adds positively to your physique for it has other benefits that are beyond the physical level.

Importance Of Weight Loss Surgery Support Group

Weight Loss Surgery is an expensive and perhaps risky way of correcting physical imperfections. It is very important that you have the support from family and friends before and after you have weight loss surgery. Weight loss surgery support groups are available in many hospitals that perform these procedures and it is important that both the patient and their family attend the group's sessions in order to understand how the operation will work and what the patient will go through after a successful procedure.

Weight loss surgery support groups can give you beneficial advice on the following:

-How to keep your diet and exercise,

-How to properly use nutritional supplements,

-How to rely on those around you,

-The feeling that your success in losing weight means a lot not only to you, but also to the group.

Many of the support groups that you find have a feeling of community and being able to trade stories, tips, and techniques with other people who have had the surgery is beneficial. Many hospitals require that their weight loss surgery patients attend a support group prior to the surgery for the following reasons:

-Support groups can advise the weight loss surgery patients of what will happen during the surgery, how it works, and helps alleviate fears they may have. They will be able to give you the benefit of their experience and tell you about potential side effects and how they handled them.

-Give you tips on how to deal with the first few days after the surgery and how they managed the initial lingering pain from the surgery and the first few days of eating with their new bodily configuration.

The post operative weight loss surgery support group is highly recommended for patients and their family. The counselors and other patients that attend can give you similar advice on how to handle your body and its aches and pains after the surgery. They can also help you and your family understands how exercise and a proper diet will be the key in losing the initial weight and keeping it off. Weight loss surgery support groups are there to help, to get through what could be one of the most difficult decisions you may make in your entire life. Why Do We Cheat On Our Diets?

If only we could solve this question, the world (for many) would be a better place! Well, the reality is that there are real answers to this question that will apply to many people. It will take a good dose of reality and a brave heart to stop denying what really happens. Read on to discover some answers that may change your life forever and give you the impetus to lose weight and keep it off!

Justification?

Being overweight can be used as an excuse for being unhappy, especially when you do not do anything to help yourself. Subconsciously, over-eating is a comfort for many people and this then allows them to hide behind their weight problem and helps them to justify rejection and avoid being hurt. They can then shift the blame of rejection on their weight-problem, without addressing other aspects of their fears. Sometimes it seems easier to hide behind your 'weight problem', than address other matters where you may have a greater fear of failure.

Eating Without Thinking?

If you are concentrating on another activity while you are eating you are more likely to overeat because you are not fully aware of how full you are feeling. This factor can be difficult to change because it is not a conscious action. Try to only eat when you don't have a lot of other distractions. Sit down, eat slowly and enjoy the food you are eating, and remember that it is not always necessary to go back for seconds. It takes 20 minutes for food to reach your stomach and for your brain to register that you are full.

Cravings?

The famous 'Pavlov's dogs' were conditioned to eat at the sound of a bell, and we human are much the same when it comes to habitual cravings. If you wonder why you always feel like a chocolate when you sit down to watch a movie, or you have to have a box of popcorn....think again. You are not necessarily craving these foods because you are hungry, but rather consider force of habit. During the time when you have a craving, try to ask yourself whether you are really hungry or not. If you are hungry, reach for a low fat snack rather than a chocolate bar or bag of crisps.

Indulging?

Eating or thinking about food can be a distraction from your troubles and you may therefore be unnecessarily over-eating. Emotions and hormones can trigger certain cravings, for example, if you are feeling low, chocolate and carbohydrates assist the production of serotonin in your brain. Serotonin helps you feel happier. This is why we might crave sweet or starchy foods during times of sadness or stress.

If you identify with any of the above factors, you could be on your way towards discovering what is triggering you to overeat.

Is Hoodia The Natural Key To Weight Loss?

Hunger and the desire to eat is a great disadvantage if you are trying to lose weight! Cream cakes, sweets, biscuits and all other delicious wonderful foods seem to be everywhere when you are trying to forget about the pleasure of eating.

Wouldn't it be great to take a pill or potion that stops that craving for food in it's tracks and enable you to shed those pounds.
There are many weight loss pills on the market that claim to help you lose weight but the one that's being talked about most for it's astounding effects is hoodia.

Hoodia is a succulent cactus type plant and can grow up to a metre in height. There are many different species but the one that has the appetite suppressant qualities is the gordonii species.

It was used hundreds of years ago in the Kalahari desert region of South Africa by tribesmen as a thirst quencher and natural appetite suppressant during long hunting trips. It keeps you feeling full after a meal for longer and also gives you a feeling of wellbeing.

The active ingredient in gordonii hoodia is a molecule called p57. It works by sending signals to the part of the brain that controls appetite and cravings that you are full. It does this by mimicking the effects of glucose which gives energy and a feeling of satisfied fullness, so even after a small meal you will feel full for much longer.

The desire to snack between meals which is often habbit will disappear. You won't need that mid morning bar of chocolate or afternoon cake any more while you take hoodia. However you may need to take it for a couple of days before you start to experience it's benefits.

Some hoodia products are mixed with green tea. This is fine as not only is green tea a powerful antioxidant but it has the added effect of increasing initial weight loss due to the caffeine. Tea is a diuretic and causes you to lose water in the body by urinating more often. Water stored in the body adds extra weight.

The greater the ratio of green tea to hoodia the cheaper it is. The best mix of hoodia to green tea is 20:1

Hoodia can be purchased in tablet or liquid form, but you will find it more beneficial to take it in liquid form as not only is it easier to swallow but it's also much more readily absorbed into the body and you will notice it's effects almost straight away.

Only about 20% of ingredients are absorbed in tablet form, the remainder is wasted as it's passed through the body.

Hoodia should be taken as part of a healthy diet which includes lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. Exercise should also be a major part of your weight loss regime. Don't rely on hoodia as a quick fix for losing weight as it's vital that you get plenty of essential vitamins and minerals from a healthy diet to remain fit and healthy.
