But know also that the hardest part is now over, because maintaining weight is actually easier, not harder, than losing it.
At this point it's important that your lifestyle is balanced and you want to avoid all unnecessary stress that could cause old habits to surface again. Success in gaining, losing, or maintaining weight is dependent upon a combination of factors; I always used to say that losing, gaining or maintaining weight is a result of the "freedom from the obsession and compulsion to eat," not the other way around, but there is more to it. You also need to establish some important new routines in your life, because the main thing is to keep exercising and burn calories each day. This is your magic formula from now on:"best approach is to ensure that one's physical activity level is high enough to balance the number of calories consumed".
You know those weight charts? I bet you do, where your weight ranges are shown in the chart and people of the same height may have equal amounts of body fat but different amounts of muscle and bone... Don't look at them too much now, go after your own gut feeling and your good friend; the mirror! There are also many weight loss groups and organizations if you feel you need support, remember that this is an intimate personal and difficult struggle, but it's not one that anyone needs to go through alone. In this modern world weight loss has become an essential objective for several people, but only a few are succeeding in their task. You have gone through that already, but know that for many, weight gain or regain is embarrassing, and seeking help is delayed. If you join a group and your situation is monitored weekly, the purpose of this assessment is to provide an evaluation and recommendations for maintaining a healthy weight based on your individual needs.
We are all different, groups can be helpful but they are not for everyone.

is if there is any parasits that produce this symptoms?
My dog is losing weight, drinks lots of water, urinates a lot, and she got blind. People tells me that it is diabetes.
Yeah I am thinking it is diabetes. Before I even read you're last sentence and when you said drinks lots of water and urinates a lot that was my first thought. Also the losing weight part. Take you're dog to the vet and get a blood test done. I hope it turns out that he doesn't. Good luck.

Water is essential to life and a healthy body. Dehydration will wreak havoc on you and your fitness goals. If you are dehydrated your body cannot function at its optimal level. For example, your muscles will loose strength, you won't burn fat as quickly, and you'll feel tired and fatigued.
There are lots of rumors and claims out there saying that drinking water will help you lose weight. Are these claims justified? Does it really work? Yes and No.
The water-weight loss connection has been around for a long time but in December 2003 a study entitled Water-Induced Thermogenesis was published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. This study showed that drinking 2 Liters of water spread throughout the day burned up to 400KJ (~100Cal) a day. Pretty interesting, but not the magic bullet.
You do need to be drinking a lot of water during the day. Not for the calorie burning effect but to ward off dehydration. Dehydration is just a bad situation. By properly hydrating your body you will be less fatigued, more alert, perform better, think straighter, and just feel all around great. Water is the best performance enhancing "drug" out there. Numerous studies have shown the detrimental effects even mild dehydration can have on performance.
Maintaining a proper level of hydration before, during, and after exercise has been shown to help maintain performance, reduce exercising heart rate, and reduce heat stress. More specifically, in one study, just a 1.5% reduction in body weight due to dehydration was enough to significantly decrease the one-rep maximum bench press of ten young men.
How much water do you need to drink? You should shoot for 2 clear urinations each day - this is a good marker that you are well hydrated.

When undergoing any new weight loss program it is important to make sure that the diet is well balanced and contains all of the essential nutrients. This of course includes vitamin B12. Food sources rich in B12 include:
- Meat
- Poultry
- Milk and other dairy products
- Eggs
- Fish
Since the only reliable source of vitamin B12 are from animals those practicing a vegetarian or vegan diet will have to get theirs from supplements. If a person doesn't get enough they may develop a deficiency.
B12 Deficiency
Deficiencies can become a serious health threat. The body can normally stock up many years supply of vitamin B12, so it more often materializes when the body is unable to properly absorb vitamin B12 because of illness or old age. Incidentally, deficiencies can cause weight loss, among other symptoms. Extreme cases can even result in permanent nerve damage if left untreated.
A person diagnosed with a B12 deficiency will need to take supplements. These are most often taken as capsules or via intramuscular injections. Although vitamin B12 does not directly cause weight loss, it is still an essential nutrient that is needed by the body. It is important to get a sufficient amount of it and doing so will ensure better health, all around.
