Master Cleanse Secrets Reviewed

What does it do?

Master Cleanse Secrets is a new version of a type of product that has been around in some form or another for the past 50 years or more. It is in essence a short, sharp detoxification and bodily cleansing system. However, this latest version is a ten day program that has a ‘twist’ that makes it a lot more ‘doable’ than it might have been previously. This makes it more likely that you will get through the whole ten day program and thereby reap the full benefits.

Who is it for?

Master Cleanse Secrets will appeal to two different groups of people.

The first group is for those who need to lose weight but want to take a more holistic, ‘whole body’ approach to doing so.

The second group is for those who understand the concept that, over the years, your internal systems gets clogged up with a whole heap of junk – toxins, poisons, noxious substances and the like.

They appreciate that it is just some way out theory, but perfectly true, something that you need to do take action about if you want to feel and look younger, slimmer, fitter and healthier.

First impressions…

Having seen and read detoxification programs of this type before, I expected going through the detox program to be hard work. This is important, because if the program is too much like hard work, the chances of you staying with it are not great.

Trust me; whilst ten days does not seem like a long time, it is a lifetime when you are planning to start knowing that you have to subsist on a diet of a few berries and fruits every day!

The first impression was therefore a favorable one, because this seems like a program that anyone should be able to follow successfully. That is not to say that it is totally easy – it is still ten days when you have to follow a strictly controlled diet – but there is a great deal of thought that has gone into making this a plan that you can stick with.

Bad points…

There have been a few of these detoxification products on the market recently, and they all seem think that they need to scare people half to death with lurid tales about the ‘things’ inside them to sell the product. It’s not necessary, so I wish they would stop!

Another thing that I don’t really agree with is the notion that asking someone else to go on the program with you is a bad thing. In my own experience, it is easier if there is someone else there to help you stay motivated, with a sense of competition that can help you stick with it when things get tough. Doing it on you own can be that much tougher, so I definitely do not hold with the logic of this idea.

Good points…

The best thing about the program is that, unlike most detox programs that need an iron will and Olympian levels of determination to ‘stay the course’ this is one program I would be confident of sticking with.

It is not easy, but it is as easy as any such program could be expected to be. Plus, there is no doubt that if you follow it through for the whole ten days, you will definitely get rid of a whole lot or internal ‘garbage’ that you don’t need and lose weight as well, so that would be ‘mission accomplished’.

Summary

This is a program that I am absolutely confident anyone can stick with and that by doing so they will lose weight and clean out their system so that it is cleaner than at any time in years.

PRODUCT REVIEW2

The Diet Solution Reviewed

What does it do?

The Diet Solution is a weight loss program e-book created by an ex-failed dieter who managed to lose 30 pounds by following this particular weight loss program. In addition, she also claims that her mother lost 40 pounds by following the same program too.

Who is it for?

The obvious answer to this question is that the product is designed for anyone who wants to lose weight quickly and safely. However, I would go further to suggest that it is primarily targeted at those people who have tried many different ‘faddy’ diet plans and have so far failed to lose the weight that they are looking to shed.

One thing that is immediately apparent upon reading the manual is that this is not a crash diet system through which you will quickly get rid of a few pounds of excess weight, and then pile back on again as soon as you return to a ‘normal’ diet.

In fact, the program makes it clear that if you are looking for the latest crash diet product, then the Diet Solution is not for you.

First impressions…

The first thing that you will notice about this particular program is that, unlike traditional weight loss diet systems, it does not focus on counting calories or cutting back on carbohydrates.

In fact, the whole focus of the program is on the fact that controlling your insulin levels through your diet is the secret to losing weight and then keeping that weight off.

And, when you think about it, this makes perfectly good sense. In every Western country, the levels of obesity are increasing at a phenomenally scary rate, whilst the number of both adult and juvenile diabetics is skyrocketing at almost exactly the same rate. Given that diabetes is also related to insulin imbalance, the whole thing makes perfect common sense.

Bad points…

Although the information in the e-book is accurate and relatively concise, I still suspect that some people might have reservations about following the information because it goes against so many of the things that people have previously learned about losing weight, such as controlling the number of calories taken on board and so on.

Another thing that is a little bit of a pet peeve of mine is the fact that the book emphasizes, re-emphasizes and then re-emphasizes again how easy it is to lose weight by following the program.

From my own personal experiences and knowledge, I have seen many examples where what works superbly well for one person hardly works at all for another. For this reason, I suspect that some people will not find it anywhere near as easy as the book suggests they will, which I believe might set them up for disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Good points…

The first thing that I like about this particular weight loss system is that it is clearly not based on the latest trendy idea or fashion.

As suggested above, the idea that controlling insulin would have something to do with weight control is perfectly logical, and so is the fact that the program does not stress the importance of starving yourself.

On the contrary, the whole thing works on the basis of taking on board a balanced, healthy diet with the specific objective of controlling insulin levels, rather than focusing on one particular aspect of your diet.

This is an extremely sensible and well balanced weight-loss program which is likely to shed the weight and then keep it off.

In addition, as the sales page features a glowing testimonial from Dr. Eric Serrano who is supposed to be a leading sports nutrition doctor, I checked him out, and he is exactly who he is claimed to be.

That gives me a great deal more confidence that the nutritional information contained in the book is accurate and provable.

Summary

In short, because the very basis of this particular weight loss program is so completely logical, I have no doubts whatsoever that anyone who follows it will lose weight and, because of their improved insulin balances, I have equally no doubt that they will feel far more healthy, fitter and livelier as a result.

This is definitely a weight loss diet program that I would be happy to follow, and a nice ‘bundle’ of bonuses that come with the main product only make it more attractive.

PRODUCT REVIEW 3

Eat Stop Eat Reviewed

What does it do?

Eat Stop Eat is a weight loss diet and exercise program e-book that focuses on the idea of including a short period of fasting in your regular food intake schedule, and then eating a healthy balanced diet for the rest of the time whilst continuing to work out on a constant basis. This latter factor is important because regular exercise ensures that when you shed weight, you are going to get rid of the fat that you want to move, rather than the muscle that you don’t.

Who is it for?

Because the emphasis of this particular weight loss program is equally firmly fixed on diet and a regular program of exercise, this is a product that is likely to be most suited to those who are already regular exercisers, or want to become so.

I would also suggest that this is a program that is particularly well suited to people who have already tried other weight loss systems without success. Although it is widely known and accepted that fasting per se does not shift extra weight, this program focuses on fasting for only 24 hours at a time a couple of times a week.

At the same time, you should be eating a pretty ordinary balanced, healthy diet the rest of the time, so I suspect that this is a weight-loss program that almost anyone who has the ability to work out could master.

First impressions…

The first impression of this particular system was very simple – ‘I can do this!’ was my first thought, and having read through the manual, that was pretty much still my primary impression.

If you are currently overweight or obese, that should tell you that there is something essentially wrong with your lifestyle. This is a product that places a great deal of emphasis on the importance of changing your lifestyle if you want to make a long-term difference.

So, whilst the primary focus might be on the idea of short, sharp period of fasting, there is an equal amount of emphasis placed on eating a balanced diet and working out regularly.

Bad points…

As suggested, working out and exercise are an integral part of this particular weight-loss regime, and if therefore there is some reason why working out is not something you can do, this product is not going to be particularly well suited to your situation.

Good points…

Unlike so many faddy, fashionable diet plans that have been appearing on the market over the past couple of years, this is a very simple and straightforward weight-loss regime to follow.

Moreover, as the proof of the pudding is always in the eating (or not if you are on a diet!), there seem to be a good number of people who have successfully managed to shed the weight they wanted to shift using Eat Stop Eat, and kept it off too.

This is another important plus point. Once the initial weight has been shifted, it is going to be relatively easy to keep the weight off by simply continuing to follow the program. An inability to do this is one of the greatest failings of many weight loss diet products, and it is therefore a significant ‘thumbs up’ factor for Eat Stop Eat.

Summary

Finding a successful weight loss diet plan is never easy, but Eat Stop Eat is one that I believe anyone who has the physical ability to take regular exercise will successfully shift excess weight with.

Moreover, because the program focuses on the importance of lifestyle change, you would be pretty confident that once the excess weight had been banished, it would stay away on a long-term basis.
